These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of digital products provided by PASPAR SW (“we”, “us”, “our”). By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.
1. PRODUCTS
We provide digital products, including but not limited to code snippets, configuration files and related materials (“Products”). All Products are delivered electronically.
2. MERCHANT OF RECORD
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), who acts as the Merchant of Record.
Paddle is responsible for payment processing, billing and applicable taxes.
3. LICENSE
All Products are licensed, not sold. Your use of the Product is governed by the applicable License Agreement provided with the Product. In case of conflict between these Terms and the License, the License shall prevail regarding usage rights.
4. DELIVERY
Upon successful purchase, you will receive access to the Product via download or other electronic means.
Delivery is considered complete once the Product has been made available to you.
5. REFUNDS
Refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and Paddle’s processing procedures.
6. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree to use the Products in compliance with applicable laws and the License Agreement.
Unauthorized redistribution, resale or sharing of the Products is strictly prohibited.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Products remain the property of PASPAR SW. No ownership rights are transferred to you.
8. DISCLAIMER
The Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, as further described in the License Agreement.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PASPAR SW shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the Products.
10. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
