Refund policy

Last updated: 04.2026

This Refund Policy describes the terms under which refunds may be issued for digital products provided by PASPAR SW (“we”, “us”, “our”).

1. GENERAL

All products sold are digital goods delivered electronically. By completing a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”), which acts as the Merchant of Record.

2. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CONSUMERS)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you normally have the right to withdraw from a digital purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, this right does not apply once:

  • the digital product has been delivered and
  • you have expressly consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal

By completing your purchase, you agree to these conditions where applicable.

3. REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final. Refunds may be granted by Paddle in accordance with this policy:

  • the product was not delivered or is inaccessible
  • there is a technical issue that prevents reasonable use of the product and cannot be resolved
  • duplicate or accidental purchases

Refund requests must be submitted within a reasonable time after purchase.

4. NON-REFUNDABLE CASES

Refunds will generally not be granted in cases including, but not limited to:

  • change of mind after purchase
  • lack of expected features not explicitly advertised
  • failure to read product description or requirements
  • incompatibility with specific workflows or tools not explicitly supported

5. REFUND PROCESS

All refund requests are handled by Paddle. To request a refund, please contact Paddle support or use the link provided in your purchase receipt. We may assist Paddle in evaluating your request where necessary.

6. ABUSE

We reserve the right to refuse refunds in cases of abuse, including repeated purchases and refund requests for the same or similar products.
